By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that may disrupt its functionality.
2. Products & Services
We provide made-to-measure curtains, blinds, and other window treatments. Product descriptions and images on the website are for general guidance only, as actual colors and finishes may vary depending on lighting conditions, fabric batches, and display screens.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be confirmed with full or partial payment as agreed at the time of booking. Payments can only be made through approved gateways and secure banking channels. Orion Curtains reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of errors, suspected fraud, or material unavailability.
4. Bookings & Consultations
When booking a consultation, you must provide accurate details regarding your location and availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you should notify us at least twenty-four hours in advance.
5. Installation Services
Our team provides professional installation at the scheduled date and time. It is your responsibility to ensure that our team has clear access to the property and that the installation area is ready. Any delays or additional visits caused by incomplete site readiness may result in additional charges.
6. Warranty & Quality
Selected products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper cleaning and maintenance.
7. Returns & Refunds
Since all of our curtains and blinds are custom-made to order, returns and refunds are generally not available. If a product is found defective or delivered incorrectly, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances and remain at the discretion of Orion Curtains.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
